Formats

Synspam is available in different formats:

• tarball
• deb packages for lenny, testing and sid
• deb packages for ubuntu through 8.04 to 9.10 will soon be available
• soon in rpm format
  To install synspam you need the following perl modules :

• IPTables::IPv4::IPQueue
• NetPacket
• Sys::syslog
• AppConfig

Debian

Debian lenny

sudo aptitude install libiptables-ipv4-ipqueue-perl libsys-syslog-perl libappconfig-perl
dpkg -i libnetpacket-perl*.deb (download it from my package repository)
dpkg -i synspam_version_all.deb

On amd64 architecture, you need a rebuilt version of iptables, iptables-dev and libiptables-ipv4-ipqueue-perl, see debian bug 527733

Debian squeeze

sudo aptitude install libiptables-ipv4-ipqueue-perl libsys-syslog-perl libappconfig-perl libnetpacket-perl
dpkg -i synspam_version_all.deb
